3. How do I know what size to order?

Our grip socks are generally free size / stretch-fit and are made to comfortably fit a range of foot sizes. For detailed sizing, please refer to our Size Guide on each product page.

4. Are your grip socks unisex?

Yes! Our grip socks are designed for a universal fit and can be worn by anyone.

5. How do I care for my grip socks?

To extend the life of your grip socks, we recommend:

  • Hand-wash or machine-wash on gentle
  • Air dry only
  • Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the grip texture

7. Do you offer bundles or sets?

8. Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Cebu, Philippines.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. International shipping is limited to these countries for now.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Please note: Any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival will be shouldered by the customer.

10. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Local (PH): Usually 2–5 business days
  • International: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and courier.

Please note that these timeframes may still change depending on the courier’s updates.

11. How do I pay for my order?

For local orders (Philippines), we accept:

  • GCash
  • Bank transfer to GoTyme
  • Bank transfer to BPI

For international orders, we accept:

  • PayPal

12. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped after full payment is confirmed.
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Unpaid orders are reserved for 24 hours only and will be automatically cancelled afterward.

13. Can I return or exchange items?

For hygiene reasons, grip socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened. Totes and other accessories may be eligible for exchange if unused and within 3 days of receiving your order.

14. What if I received a wrong or defective item?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

15. How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You can use it to check your parcel’s status via our courier’s tracking page.

16. Do you offer COD?

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid before shipping.
