1. No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are considered final once completed.


2. Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, grip socks and tote bags cannot be returned, but may be exchanged if there is a quality issue.


3. Exchange Process

If you received a faulty item:

    • A clear photo or video showing the issue

  2. Our team will review your request.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot exchange items that are:

  • Damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
  • Missing tags, packaging, or proof of purchase
  • Passed the allowed exchange period


5. Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the issue is due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we cover the exchange shipping.
  • If not, shipping fees may apply.
