1. No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are considered final once completed.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, grip socks and tote bags cannot be returned, but may be exchanged if there is a quality issue.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot exchange items that are:

- Missing tags, packaging, or proof of purchase
- Passed the allowed exchange period
5. Shipping for Exchanges
- If the issue is due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we cover the exchange shipping.
- If not, shipping fees may apply.
