All local shipments are handled by our trusted courier, J&T Express.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are based on the minimum rate per region, and will adjust depending on the item’s actual weight and the total weight of your order.

Base Rates (Minimum Weight):

• NCR & Luzon: ₱150

• Mindanao: ₱165
  
  
• Island Provinces: ₱175
  
  
• Important: Final shipping cost may increase depending on:
  • The actual weight of each item
  • The total combined weight of all items in your order
  • Your delivery location

3. Why Rates Vary

All orders ship from Cebu, which may affect shipping fees depending on your location and the courier’s zonal pricing.

4. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary due to location, courier load, holidays, or weather conditions:

• Visayas: 2–4 business days

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly through J&T Express’s tracking system for real-time updates.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered damaged, please contact us at clouvecollective@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you immediately.
